 * Hello, I have bought the pro version of your plugin. Is there a separate area/
   email for pro customers?
 * I am using cloudflare and I have the default settings of accelerator turned on(
   I did not make any changes). My question is that out of these settings of cloudflare
   which can/should I turn on? I do not want there to be any overlap or conflict.

 * For example is it safe to turn on the minification option etc?
