 * Dear Support,
 * We experienced an issue where our cacheing plugin (WP Rocket) would serve up
   cached pages of our site (particularly the homepage) even though it was in maintenance
   mode with CMP.
 * Speaking to their support team, they have advised that it’s a compatibility issue
   with how CMP works with cacheing plugins.
 * I would like to know if there is a way to ensure that if enabled, CMP overrides
   all requests including those attempting to serve up cached pages.
 * Many thanks.

 * One additional note to add. When first enabling CMP (with WP Rocket also enabled),
   everything works fine. However, when I access the site using the CMP secret URL,
   bypassing the coming soon page, WP Rocket obviously caches the home page which
   I would assume is why after a while, others can also see the home page (and any
   other page visited) even if CMP is enabled.

 * Hello [@dciphered](https://wordpress.org/support/users/dciphered/), generally
   caching plugins works in a way, which is impossible to resolve by CMP plugin.
   Once they cache a site, the cached content is served to a visitor even before
   it hits CMP plugin so there is no work around it.
 * The only thing we can do is to force the caching plugins to flush the cache if
   administrator enable/disable CMP plugin or save the new settings. It usually
   works and by checking the flushing procedure, WP Rocket was not included in the
   process.
 * I will add it to the list but I do not think it will resolve the issue with bypass
   URL.
 * I would suggest to temporarily disable WP Rocket caching while CMP mode is enabled–
   it is very lightweight landing page with minimum PHP and SQL requests so I believe
   you won`t notice a difference anyway.
 * Anyway, I will include WP Rocket flushing in the next udpate for sure.
 * hope that helps, Alex

 * Thanks for the speedy reply Alex.
 * That makes sense and yes, including WP Rocket would be a great help.
 * Appreciate your assistance in answering my query.
