 * Hi,
    Hundreds of customers tried to repaid failed orders and we realized that
   cod method is always true despite that are amount & country restrictions! Just
   let you know – I don’t know if pro version deals with it – that we have a fix
   if needed!!

 * Yes this happens due to the inability of WooCommerce itself to recalculate things
   on pay-order endpoint.
 * Indeed this is handled in our PRO version
