# Code 404

 * We had a notice that we needed to re-authorize with O365 due to 2FA. We did that
   and now we are getting this error when testing:
 * Code: 404, Message: Not Found, Body: {“error”:{“code”:”MailboxNotEnabledForRESTAPI”,”
   message”:”The mailbox is either inactive, soft-deleted, or is hosted on-premise.”}}
 * Please advise.Thanks
