 * Hello, thanks for the useful plugin! I was able to get it to work, but instead
   of a Google map, some lines of code appear on my product pages (“API Request 
   URL…”). Am i lacking any configuration?

 * It was the debug for the plugin. Once you disable debug mode for WooCommerce 
   shipping setting, that message will disappeared.
 * Anyway this plugin is not rendering Google Maps, it just calculate the distance
   from shipping origin to shipping destination and calculate the shipping cost 
   based on rate you configured.
