 * Hi!
    I am using this great plugin to insert ads on posts at [http://waltraudkaesser.alfahosting.org/bergbaubehorde-ladt-zur-info-veranstaltung-nichtkonventionellen-gasvorkommen/#more-51118](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/code-before-and-after-styling/this test of a news site?output_format=md)
 * As you can see, the ad is displayed right behind the last word, but I’d like
   to have it in a new line.
 * This is the “code before”
    `<div style="display:block;"` and the “code after”`
   </div>`
 * However it does not work as intended. Can you help me?

 * Can you just add a `<br/>` to the code?

 * Hi!
    Thank you for your quick reply 🙂 Yes, I just did. I guess (using firebug)
   that the code I put there has no effect at all at the banner.
 * I think the error is hidden there, could that be?

 * That is more-or-less as far as my expertise extends.
 * The only other thing I can think of is maybe padding/margin could be added to
   the div?

 * Hi!
 * Nope, entered code doesn’t have a effect at all on the positioning of the ad :-/

 * In theory you _should_ be able to affect the positioning by adding to code to
   that; I’ve seen the author suggestion alignment tags for an ad code (for centering),
   and they work.
 * I wonder if something in your template’s style sheet could be overriding it?

 * Thank you, worked like a charme – the theme indeed had a wild !important tag
   floating around. Thank you very much!

 * Great news! And wow, I had a lot of typos in my last post – glad you could make
   sense of it.
