# Code button on visual toolbar

 * I know you gave an answer about adding our own Tiny MCE buttona (like horizontal
   lines). At the moment it is a bit too much to get my head around. But i did notice
   something.
 * The HTMl toolbar offers:
 * Bold
    Italic Link Blockquote Image Unordered list Ordered list Code Strikethrough
 * But the Visual toolbar is lacking the code button. It would be nice if for consistency
   across toolbars that code was still supported. I was able to type code by using
   the usual markdown prefix but users of a forum probably don’t know that.
 * Appreciate if you don’t have the time to do it but as I say, might be nice for
   both bars to offer at least the same functionality (if not more, as it has the
   text align too which is great).
