   a newbie so what do I do? Can I get someone to look at it and help me with it?

 * In answering your 1st question, “what do I do?”
    1. Check your internet connection
   2. Clear your Browser’s cache and then, restart your browser 3. Is it peak hour
   for your neighborhood? (real life one)
 * In answering your 2nd question, “Can I get someone to look at it and help me 
   with it?” Please provide more details. The more details you provide the better
   help you will get. Your trouble could be very simple to fix, or extremely difficult,
   depending on how much detail you provide.
