Code not inserted and no way to summon Insert Header from Plugin menu.

    I have two problems I would like help with:

    1. There seems to be no way for me to summon Insert Headers and Footers from the PlugIns Menu. Only deactivate. I was able to enter one code when first installing the program, but not, cannot get into it.

    2. The code I entered for a Facebook Site Verifying tracker does not appear in my HTML. I see other people have had this problem. Can anyone help with this?
