 * Great program fuzzy on a few items. You really don’t address the Code Where are
   you getting the code and if its coming from DoubleClick which part of the code
   are you entering or are you entering both parts? Next You do a great job of explaining
   how to put ad’s in the body but not on the side bar’s; you refer to creating 
   a custom area and this short code [eaa_show_ad ad=”my_above_header”], but you
   don’t explain in detail and say where to put it, also are we suppose to change
   my_above_header?
 * On my site I created a widget on the right bar affiliates and no code I use will
   show Doubleclick info. I tried your system many ways and still can’t cant any
   code to show up. Not sure what I am doing wrong.
 * I tried entering the DoubleClick code multiple ways, but nothing shows up, it
   looks like there could be a blank space where the AD should be. Again Great video,
   just needs a little tweaking.
    Any help Greatly appreciated

 * 1. The code can be from anywhere, you can combine multiple codes to.
    2. For 
   sidebars you have to use the widget we provide. The code part mentioned is for
   advanced use and theme developers. 3. If the ad doesn’t show up, put some text
   in to make sure it is not a plugin problem.
 * Here is a theme that integrates EAA and provides more ad locations.
