# Codeat support for wordpress.com?

 * I started to post some glossary issues here, but then realized this is only for
   self-hosted sites. Does anyone know how to get support for hosted sites? Codeat
   provides no support information on their website (except for promising “direct
   support” for the Pro version, which I have – of no use without a way to get there).
 * Thanks in advance… (and sorry if I’m missing something obvious… I truly have
   looked hard…)

 * Hi bmoyerpdx,
    you are the first user that asked the support for wordpress.com
   and as explain on [https://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/adding-plugins/](https://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/adding-plugins/)
   there is no specific support for that from Automattic and is explained to write
   in the support page of the plugin itself (like you are already doing).
 * With direct support we reply usually in few minutes (depends on the timing) and
   speed up the bugfixing in case is required or new feature development.
 * Do you have in case any specific issue with glossary on wordpress.com?

 * A while after posting I figured it out. I frankly couldn’t find my post again
   or else I would have said that I figured it out. (I couldn’t find it today –
   only got here thanks to the link in the email.)
 * I have the Pro version and found the support link deep within WordPress, and
   you’ve answered the question since then.
 * (Not sure what Automattic is…)
 * Thanks for the response

 * Automattic is the company behind WordPress.com 🙂
 * For the rest, we are here 😀
