   need to do a chargeback?

 * Thw website was down for three days. You answered that you removed my review 
   because it was false…It wasn’t. You didn’t renew your domain. That’s unprofessional
   and deflection…Just take responsibility. It literally happened.
 * Anyways, We purchased this product ages ago and still aren’t able to activate
   it. Received no answer to that part.
 * Does this get fixed or do we have to request a refund.
