# [NSFW] column extraction issue, plugin issue

 * I have challenge exporting billing_phone field from orders. All fields are exported
   except that specific one from some strange reason. I also checked column name,
   updated the plugin version and ensured the field is selected before extraction
   but still same issue

   Thank you for reaching out to us.We are unable to replicate the issue in our
   testing environment. To debug further, could you try disabling all the plugins
   on your site, except for ours and WooCommerce, and then try exporting again?
