# Column missing in DB

 * I have taken over support for a site running Adrotate. I’m seeing the following
   errors in my logs:
 * WordPress database error Unknown column ‘align’ in ‘field list’ for query SELECT`
   id`, `modus`, `gridrows`, `gridcolumns`, `adwidth`, `adheight`, `admargin`, `
   align` FROM `blog_adrotate_groups` WHERE `name` != ” ORDER BY `id` ASC;
 * Can I just click on the “Run Updater” button in the admin? Or, is there something
   else I need to do.

 * If AdRotate has a mismatch in version numbers you should run the updater from
   Settings > Maintenance.
 * If the version numbers are correct already then running it is of little use.
   
   When the align column is missing, there probably are a bunch more items missing.
   Since it’s not a new development to add the align option, that has been there
   for a few years.
 * Can you check the logs again and see if there are more missing columns?
