Column problem, please help

Hi,

I’m running a blog at http://www.howtospeedupthemetabolism.com/

I’ve just added a block of adsense code at the top right of the page, but it doesn’t fit in the sidebar. I would like my sidebar to adjust itself automatically to the size of the ad. I would also be able to change the size and fonts in my columns/sidebars.

Can anybody help? Thanks
