The same you can do in Greenshift. Click on column and enable Flexible container option in Column
Hello @wpsoul, thank you for your answer.
The Flexible container option in the Column seems to affect the contents in the column, but not the column in the row. I need to set the vertical aligment for each column into the row separately; in my case the first column should be align to the bottom of the row while the second column should be align to the middle of the row.
I tried all the settings, but I cannot find the way to get it. Can you show me the right settings?
Thank you.

Wrap your content of column with Container block and add design options to Container instead of column
I tried to wrap the column with Container block, but it is not possible.
Peraphs there is a misunderstandig: I need to change the vertical alignment of the columns relative to the row, and not the vertical aligment of the contents of the column relative to the column.
The only way to change the verical aligment of the columns relative to the row is in the Row block settings, but it works on all columns. It is impossible to change the verical aligment for each column.
See the screenshot below.

You need to wrap content of column and not column itself. From visual point, it’s the same as changing column align
It will be better if you provide me final purpose of your actions
Look at the screenshot below.

Ok, clear. You want to have effect like we have here
But you make it in wrong way. First of all, update plugin to latest version 3.7.3, because I added some update for such scenarios like you have.
Now, make sure that you have stretched columns in Row (don’t set them as center align). Now, enable flexible option in both columns. In first column set it to be bottom aligned. In second – set it as center align.

Also, making fixed height for such rows is not good idea because you will need to set it different for each resolution. Much better to add simple padding to columns or Row.
It works now (see screenshot). Perfect! Thank you for your prompt support and for making Greenshift; I find it amazing! As soon as possible I will buy one of your bundle.
Thank you also for your suggestion about row height.
