Combining Identical Footnotes

Hello,

I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong, but it appears that when I have the “Combine Identical Footnotes” option set to yes, only the first instance of that reference superscript will link up the correct place in the reference container.

The following identical references will have a superscript with a target that doesn’t exist, instead of linking up to the original matching footnote.

Any ideas how to resolve this?
