hi there …for some reason this great plugin is blocking one of the main users of site ….its a comcast IP in the united states …. is it because its comcast? it says Cached Bad IP as the reason thanks for any insight for now i was able to find it in your dashboard and add it to the whitelist

It is not Comcast. I would need to see the reason why the person was originally blocked. It could be that the ip he was using once had a virus or malware that sent out spam.

If you can, ask the person could go to http://www.blogseye.com/checkspam/ and try the spam checker (or if you have his IP you could check it.)
