Coming back to wordpress from Showit

I had a ww.wp.xz.cn site about a year ago but decided to go to Showit. I kept my blog with wordpress. I know want to leave Showit and come back to wordpress. Can I import my Showit site? Or can i build a new mock site on wordpress and then when I’m ready to take it live, import my existing blog into it? Do I just access my blog through showit and start a new site? I can’t log in with the email I use for my showti account and had to create a new profile in word press (I can only access my wordpress blog through my showit site link). I’m lost, please help!!
