 * How about adding the ability to show comment counts, not only a comment count
   for each tab, but also an overall comment count to show at the top of the post/
   page?

 * I have something in my latest dev version which counts the comments per each 
   platform but its taking a long time to fetch them so it’s not that good for page
   load speed.
 * I’ll probably add it as a feature in the next version.
