I have checked all of relevant settings but clearly I’ve missed something since no one else seems to have the issue. * I’m also having trouble with Jetpack widgets but that could be an issue with Jetpack. I can enable any standard footer widget and they work fine. Also seeing the same behavior on iPadOS 13.6.1. Just upgraded to WordPress 5.5, Twenty Twenty theme version 1.5. Everything does work on Safari on iPhone. * Regular widgets like Archives and categories work just fine.
