If I use in the settings “Current Theme Templates Used for Posts and Pages” and the pages comments are disabled, I stil get the comments form on the Knowledge Base site.

If I remove the code and the comments are gone. In the database for this page comment_status is closed. Seems like the plugin is changing something for the page where the knowledge base is set to be.

Any idea?

Ok, now I see that if I turn off comments for articles also tha main page is not showing comments. To bad. Would like to show comments on articles but not on the main page of the knowledge base.

Hi,

You can turn off comments in the page settings,scroll to the bottom of the page ( where you have the knowledge base shortcode ) and uncheck the allow comments box. Then turn on comments everywhere else and you should get the results your looking for.
