 * I am creating a website for my brother-in-law who is running for the local Sheriff
position. I would like to add a page where visitors can volunteer to help out
in the campaign or request campaign material (shirts, stickers, yard signs, ect)
 * What would be the best possible solution to adding a form that allows me to put
in choices to choose from such as check boxes next to different items to receive
by mail or to select from different things to volunteer for?
 * Thank you for any suggestions you can offer 🙂

 * cforms.. for sure. It’s what everyone uses.

 * cForms can be overkill if you just want a simple easy to integrate form.
 * Try some of these:
 * Douglas Karr’s WP Contact Form:
 * Mike Cherim’s Contact Form (more customizable than Doug Karr’s form; a happy
   medium between that and cForms):

 * Mike’s form allows complex form building and I like the styling hooks a bit better
there than in cForms. Case in point, we just developed a site that is a 501c
charity organization and they’ve got contact forms, donate forms, a subscribe
me form. All the forms on his site are running cForms, EXCEPT the subscribe me
form on the front page, which is running Mike’s Contact Form. Why? cForms subscribe
me wouldn’t allow me to style it to look like the rest of the sidebar items,
   but Mike’s form did.

 * Than kyou very much for the links 🙂
 * At first I hate cfroms because I couldn’t figure out how to work all the fields.
Now, that I have.. I love that little plugin
