# Comment Functionality / Template – wpDiscuz

 * I LOVE the theme and have spent a ton of time customizing it…Only to be heartbroken
   to discover it does not function with the most popular Comment Plug-In in the
   world (wpDiscuz).
 * Apparently this is because Pistache doesn’t use the <?php comments_template()?
   > WordPress template function.
 * Would really appreciate adding the functionality!

   and recommends users should contact to the active theme developer (Arnaud) and

 * Thank you for your positive feedback on this theme. I haven’t been maintaining
   this theme since 2022. To be honest, I am no longer a developer now. However,
   I will try to look into adding the comment functionality. You can also try to
   recode the theme yourself, as it is released under an open-source license (if
   I remember correctly). Thank you.
