 * When a fresh post has no comments, the comment link reads, “No Comments.” That’s
   confusing to readers who are not familiar with blogging. How can I change that–
   in the main post view and also in the view from archives, categories, etc.–to
   either just “Comments” or “Comments (x),” where “x” is the number of comments
   published.
 * TIA

 * Usually this is in your index.php file in your Theme. The [template tag comments_popup_link](http://codex.wordpress.org/Template_Tags/comments_popup_link)
   is what controls this – just find that line in your index.php, and you can change
   the parameter for 0 comments to be whatever you like.
