# Comment moderation issue

 * I have my comment section set to (a) moderate every comment and (b) notify the
   administrator via e-mail when there is a comment to moderate.
 * I just recently switched my host and, for perhaps a short period of time, e-mails
   may have bounced. Since establishing myself on the new server, I am no longer
   receiving these e-mails even though my settings remain the same and the e-mail
   account is working.
 * I am thinking that perhaps WordPress saw my e-mail account bounce and has restricted
   me to a block list. Was hoping that they could remove this e-mail address: [adam@onlygators.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/comment-moderation-issue/adam@onlygators.com?output_format=md)–
   from their block list.
 * Or, perhaps there is something else I am not considering?
 * UPDATE: Upon further investigation, it is now not e-mailing any account – even
   when I changed it to personal accounts at gmail and other locations.

 * Is this a self-hosted WP blog? If so, WordPress doesn’t maintain any mail blacklist

 * That link did not work. Came up with “nothing found.”
 * Yes, it is self-hosted. I just have no idea what could be causing this issue.
