# comment plugger problem

 * I tried installing first this ( [http://wiki.wordpress.org/?pagename=Comment%20Plugger](http://wiki.wordpress.org/?pagename=Comment%20Plugger))
   comment plugger, and then this ( [http://mtdewvirus.com/code/wordpress-plugins/](http://mtdewvirus.com/code/wordpress-plugins/))
   comment plugger. neither of them work. I believe I installed them correctly, 
   but when I put the code into my index file, I get the following error:
 * Fatal error: Call to undefined function: mdv_comment_plugger() in /home/thearwen/
   public_html/wp-content/themes/octopus/index.php on line 14
 * how do I fix this? thanks.

 * That looks like the plugin hasn’t been activated.
    Did it upload as ASCII ?

 * I tried re-uploading it in ASCII, and it still doesn’t work. :\

 * also, I get the same error message for the first plugger.. except with the name
   of the other comment plugger instead of mdv_comment_plugger()

 * The error is saying “No such function” which means that the plugin is not activated
   or not loading.

 * If this is the blog in question, it appears you don’t have it (that plugin) uploaded
   to the plugins directory yet..
