# Comment username problem

 * I am having a problem in the comments section of my blog. Currently, visitors
   can comment on my posts, but I am unhappy with the usernames that are listed.
   It appears that instead of listing the commenter as a person (Joe Smith) it creates
   a random link to some general site. Now it is possible that the commenters are
   creating these links, but it is happening on every single comment, including 
   the legitimate comments.
 * Under Settings –> Discussion –> Other comment settings I have checked “comment
   author must fill out name and e-mail.” I have not checked “users must be registered
   and logged in to comment.” Is this the problem or is something else going on 
   that I need to change? It is, needless to say, annoying as the links created 
   differ each time and I have no way of identifying regular commenters.
