# Comments fail to post when visiting site on HTTPS

 * Using Jetpack comments on the latest version of WordPress and Jetpack.
 * When posting comments using jetpack comments when visiting the site over HTTP,
   comments work.
 * When visiting the site over HTTPS, comments stall on submission with “Submitting
   Comments…”. Viewing the console, it seems that something in the page is requesting
   wp-comments-post.php?for=jetpack, but doing so over HTTP (and so is being blocked).
 * Looks like whatever it is is ignoring is_ssl() and site_url(), which are both
   correctly showing the full url with HTTPS.
 * Thoughts?
