# Comments- Selective Queueing?

 * Here is how I want it:
    - If a person has an account or enters both their name & email address, it is
      posted immediately, i.e. no queueing.
    - If a person only enters their name, make it queued.
 * I see no such way to do this within WP itself (I’m probably missing it), and 
   I’m not exactly talented in PHP, so I can’t make a plugin. Any help?
