 * As we understand, you mean comments on the Facebook site. Unfortunately, the 
   issue comes from Facebook Api and we can’t do anything in that case. It is a 
   synchronization issue from Facebook side.

 * Unfortunately, it’s not coming from our plugin, our plugin just inserts the Facebook
   comments iframe. As we know there isn’t such an option for the Api.
