# Comments working totally wrong

 * Hey!
 * On my website [http://estonianfreepress.com](http://estonianfreepress.com) I 
   am having some weird issues with comments.
 * Every time someone posts a comment to an article, the comment is displayed on
   another post – something that, as you can imagine, is not very cool for readers.
 * I got the template realized for me from a dev and I am wondering how to find 
   this issue on the comments file – anyone up to discuss the issue for a little?

 * Have you tried:
 * – deactivating **all** plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works,
   re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
 * – switching to the Twenty Ten theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
 * – [resetting the plugins folder](http://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_to_deactivate_all_plugins_when_not_able_to_access_the_administrative_menus.3F)
   by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause
   problems.

 * Hey – I tried the first option with no success. I’d rather run onto step 3 skipping
   the twentyten option cause I don’t want people to see the magazine looking like
   that.

 * You can’t just skip one of the steps. They’re all integral to troubleshooting
   the issue.
