Is it possible for that comission to only be paid once not every time a customer orders? * Also, I originally attached the website to the affiliate. I’ve now removed it but every order is still being attributed to this affiliate. When a customer accesses the site via an affiliate’s referral link, the plugin saves a cookie which tracks the visit for the amount of days you specify in SliceWP > Settings > General (tab) > General Settings ( section) > Cookie Duration. * If the customer makes a purchase, a commission will be rewarded to the affiliate. * However, the cookie will remain in place until it expires, even if a successful purchase is made. For this customer, all future purchases, until the cookie expires, will result in a commission for the affiliate. Once the cookie expires, no other commissions will be rewarded. * However, if you access the site directly, not via a referral link, using another browser, and make a purchase, this should not result in a commission, as the visit was a direct one, not a referred one. * The above is the intended functionality and at the moment we don’t have a way of blocking (from the admin interface) other purchases made within the same referred visit window. * However, I believe I can help you out with some custom code. Can you please let me know what integration (eCommerce plugin) you’re currently using? * Also, please let me know how you’d like to have commissions blocked. Do you want to block commissions per visit? Meaning that once a commission is generated for the current visit another will not get generated, but that future referred visits will generate commission on successful purchases? Or do you want to block commissions per customer?
