# Compact Theme Menu Issue

 * First, I really dig this plugin. It’s almost perfect!
 * Here’s the issue. The compact theme has a vertical side menu panel. When user
   opens the menu and then taps an option, the content scrolls to the right section.
   But when the user closes the menu, the page auto-scrolls back to the top of the
   page.
 * It’s not a big deal on desktops, but it’s a real problem on mobile, where you
   must close the menu to see the content. How can I stop the scroll-to-top behavior
   when close menu “X” is clicked?

 * First of all, sorry for the late reply. We inspected your page and also our demo.
   There’s no scroll back to top happening when we close the side menu with the “
   X” button at the top.
 * A slight movement to the up happening in the desktop because the content width
   is increasing while the menu closes. There’s no any movement in mobile view.
 * Please create us a screen video if you still have the issue
