# Compare plugin problem – Garten theme

 * The Garten theme author told us that we need to contact you about the problems
   we have with compare plugin. So when we try to add the product to compare from
   the category page it doesn’t work. Only loading icon is displayed.
 * I think this is a theme problem but they still told me that I must contact you.

 * Hi there,
    I can’t replicate the issue by my side, I can add products to the 
   compare any time I tried. Can you enable debug mode on your site and check if
   any issue is reported in the file debug.log? Let me know.

 * No issues in the log file but whenever I try to add products to compare list 
   I always get just that loading circle on the category pages. If I’m on the single
   product page it works.
