 * I tried the theme but there seems to be a javascript issue/conflict. Non of the
   functions/triggers are working and they seem te be blocked by the theme, not 
   sure but I think this is because the theme add’s elements after loading the website
   before the opening site container that this plugin creates. This causes two issues:
   –
   The actual “canvas” isn’t correct anymore since it should contain the whole website,
   not partially – The javascript I’m running is targeting elements that the theme
   is modifying so they won’t work.
 * I’m afraid that this theme won’t easily be compatible with the Slidebars jQuery
   plugin and thus won’t be compatible with this plugin soon.
 * Also keep in mind that this theme adds some `fixed` elements. Fixed elements 
   are not compatible with Slidebars for now. I’m working on an update for this.

 * You could ask the developers of Optimizer to test. Maybe they can provide some
   ideas as well.

 * I’ve checked the link you’ve send but I don’t see any reference to the code Off-
   Canvas Sidebars should make. Are you sure it’s activated?
 * Also, this plugin doesn’t do anything for CSS and the functionalities of content
   you set in the sidebars. It is only mean for the off-canvas tools. After that
   it’s up to the theme to make it look nice :).
