 * I installed the plugin few days ago and run it but the website performance is
   still very bad. Is there any chacne that something blocks the plugin?

 * Hello [@iczek](https://wordpress.org/support/users/iczek/)
 * Thank you for your inquiry and I am happy to answer this.
    Not detected means
   you don’t use mod_php mode, so you probably use php-fpm. We cannot detect Apache
   modules in that case, but that doesn’t mean it is not installed/active. If you
   confirmed that all of the modules are installed/active there will be no issues
   with W3 Total Cache. As I said, this is only a detection method. As for the performance,
   test your website on Gtmetrix and configure the plugin accordingly. If you have
   issues with your images or the external resources, W3 Total Cache cannot help
   with this. For images, you should use some image optimization plugin like Ewww
   Image Optimization or Smush it. As for external resources, no plugin can handle
   those as external resources are not coming from your server. Thanks!

 * Marko, thank you! So I need to contact my provider to check it?
    I use GTmetrix
   and the resylts are very very low 🙁 However, the website itself works perfeclty
   well and super fast as for user 🙂
 * I can see someting like that in my PHP settings:
 * php-fpm active
    Directive Local Value Master Value cgi.discard_path 0 0 cgi.fix_pathinfo
   1 1 cgi.force_redirect 1 1 cgi.nph 0 0 cgi.redirect_status_env no value no value
   cgi.rfc2616_headers 0 0 fastcgi.error_header no value no value fastcgi.logging
   1 1 fpm.config no value no value
 * Does it mean that I can not use W3C?

 * I’m affraid the problem is somthing else. I have another service and the compatibility
   has the same errors but plugin works well.
    Is there a chance that you take a
   look at the website to check wht the performance is so low…?

 * Hello [@iczek](https://wordpress.org/support/users/iczek/)
 * Thank you for the information.
    As I’ve mentioned before those modules are probably
   enabled so its only a matter of detection. You can share your website URL or
   the GTmetrix report and I can take a look at it. Thanks!

 * Hello [@iczek](https://wordpress.org/support/users/iczek/)
 * As I can see from the test results, you should minify JS and CSS and possibly
   embed JS with <defer> in Performance>minify.
    If you however encounter any issues,
   you can switch to manual minify and add the files manually and in order. Thanks!

 * Marko, as you can see in html code of the page, this minify is already done but
   with no results on GTMetrix. I tested it and turn off the plugin then check GT
   Metrix and the results were exactly the same with plugin OFF and ON 🙁
    So there
   is some problem with plugin because it does not matter if it is on or off, the
   results in GTMetrix are the same 🙁

 * Hello [@iczek](https://wordpress.org/support/users/iczek/)
 * Sorry for the late reply.
    As I can see in the Gtmetrix [https://gtmetrix.com/reports/czasukropla.pl/snzIGGZW](https://gtmetrix.com/reports/czasukropla.pl/snzIGGZW)
   Now minifying is not needed. When you check the files that need to be minified
   you will see that all of them have .min. in the URL, meaning that those files
   are preminified. So in that case that cannot be minified again and it can cause
   issues if the files are double compressed. Thanks!
