 * I noticed this doesnt filter site wide , only the excerpt

 * Yes, I can confirm the plugin works with the latest version of WordPress. It 
   is always tested on the latest version available.
 * Please check the plugin settings again and consider temporarily disabling other
   plugins to make sure there isn’t a conflict occurring somewhere.

 * Browser TITLES, Custom Fields, the whole lot that any theme can insert into the
   database,, SITE WIDE

 * Custom post types should be filtered by default. And browser titles are filtered
   in the pro version.
 * As for custom content that themes or other plugins insert it’s difficult to anticipate
   these as they may not be filterable. Depends how they’ve been implemented.
 * If you have specific content that’s not being filtered I can discuss further 
   with you to see if there is a way to get this filtered too.
 * There’s no simple ‘switch’ to turn on sitewide filtering for everything. It doesn’t
   work like that.
