# Compatibility with UpdraftPlus

 * Hi,
 * I see the emails sent by UpdraftPlus end up in the spam folder, whereas emails
   from other plugins get to the inbox.
 * The problem url in the email notification looks like this:
 * Backup of: [http://tracking](http://tracking).`domain`.com/tracking/click?d=wsXCNCbYLFhivVhKX9jcizLkx9RRkjjFbnb9GjZ9fP0vrPJyb4Gqqq7tIl81gjT7G9uKNZpz_goIeTFZLZAdnOW1RrFwLyibr-
   alphanumericstringcontd-xxxxxxyyyy
    UpdraftPlus WordPress backup is complete
 * Any suggestions to fix this problem witnessed on multiple websites. Can it happen
   when on a free plan of Elastic Email or other reasons?

 * This is a plugin page, your problem is probably related to email delivery. You
   can write to [support@elasticemail.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/compatibility-with-updraftplus-2/support@elasticemail.com?output_format=md)
   giving the email address assigned to your elastic email account and writing a
   problem or use the chat on [elasticemail.com](https://elasticemail.com)
