@1stoptravel Just make sure you won’t use the same features (it should be automatic, but just in case it won’t be for any reason) such as minify/combine CSS/JS in both plugins. Many use WP Fastest Cache just for the page cache and Asset CleanUp for everything else.
For instance, it’s not ideal to use minify JS in WP Fastest Cache & combine JS in Asset CleanUp Pro. These features are optimized to work best if you use the same plugin, in this case, Asset CleanUp. It’s a general rule, and it could be broken, but only in special cases (e.g. if you notice any bugs with one of the plugins). Moreover, mixing plugin features makes it more difficult to manage (it’s best to have everything in one place).
If you use Cloudflare, then you also do not need the option “CDN: Rewrite assets URLs”. You can leave it disabled. I hope it helps! Let me know if you have any further questions at your earliest convenience!
