# Compatible wih SMTP setup

 * We use a separate mail server (of course) and the plugin SAR Friendly SMTP and
   FLuentForm Pro.
 * It seems the SMPT plugin catches the mail trigger before OSticketConnect does
   and no mail goes to OSticket.
 * Would there be a way to make this setup work?

 * For now, only contact forms which send emails via the wp_mail function are supported.

    You can try to replace the hook
   in [next line](https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/scand-osticket-connector/tags/1.0.5/class-http-api.php#L82)
   to trigger our functionality. The one major thing – you have to pass the same
   args into createTicket method as wp_mail passed.
