At the moment Leadin doesn’t successfully track forms created by Easy Digital Downloads but we’re working on making some changes which should allow us to do so. In order for this to work, the ‘Enable Ajax’ option under Settings > Misc in EDD needs to be unchecked but both Leadin and EDD will work if this is disabled. * Also worth mentioning, as per above, that this will only work if there are no sensitive fields on the forms such as credit card fields since Leadin will never collect a form that contains sensitive information. * Thanks again for reaching out. If they miss entering a required field, the page refreshes, the form resets, and I’ve probably just lost a customer who is too annoyed to fill out the form again.
