 * IDX Broker can easily be used with Multisite.
 * I have actually done it for clients. If you do multisite with the office install,
   you can unlock some of the “super powers” of both multisite and IDX Broker office
   or multi-user.
 * You can show recently sold listings by a realtor on your team by using the “sold
   pending” feature.
 * Another thing that I really like is the awesome new Polygon search feature.
