I have NEVER had so many problems with a website, uploads, downloads. ONE example of that is replacing my theme. the first time I tried uploading and not once, but 5 times after, it kept telling me that I needed to change the version size was too small to change it to a higher version. NO MATTER WHAT size it was, it continued to tell me that it was the wrong size until the very last one which told me to check my email. when I opened my emails, ALL versions were sent to me, sent me to the area to upload the files, and EVERYONE of the versions were too large. WHY? This is absolutely ridiculous! I have had other problems, but the one that is frosting my rear end besides this one, is the inconsiderate, sarcastic answers/remarks I read from the ‘members’ when someone asked what THEY thought was a stupid question. Do you people realize we would NOT be asking these questions IF we knew the answers? Do you not realize that you act like KNOW IT ALLS, yet many of your features don’t work properly that you install/build so you have NO RIGHT to make others feel like they are stupid! And you wonder why you don’t have more business! If we were putting money into your pockets, would you have more kindness and courtesy toward others who don’t always know what they are doing and need some REAL guidance? SHAME ON THE LOT OF YOU!
