 * the slider that actually works and it’s complete.
    although it is a little hard
   to start to figure things out and learn how to work with the plugin, it is worth
   it.

 * Hi…I’m a pretty basic user with NO developer background. I’m looking to dump 
   NEXTGEN. Your comment about ‘little hard to start’ does worry me. I do need something
   straight forward and easy to use. Any suggestions to ‘how to learn?’ thanks

 * Actually I have found an unsolved problem with NEXTGEN and therefore I do not
   use it anymore. The trouble is with using slider feature in my gallery which 
   I have tried a lot of ways and it still does not work.
    For other feature it 
   is working well. I think you can use the helps provided by developer in FAQ and
   support. But if you are looking for something more simple to start you can use
   some other plugins more suitable for beginners like [Slideshow](http://wordpress.org/plugins/slideshow-jquery-image-gallery/).
