# Complete admin access except adding/removing themes, plugins & users

 * Hello,
 * I would like to give someone complete admin access except for the ability to 
   add/enable/disable/edit/delete themes and plugins, and add/delete/edit user accounts.
   And I don’t just want the menu items for these areas to be hidden…I want to make
   sure that they can’t access these features even if they try to use the direct
   URL for them. They should still be able to access features and settings of all
   plugins already installed. Can that be done using this plugin?

   WordPress user, without having to create a new user from scratch?

 * Hello Haroon,
    This is not possible at the moment, you need to create the user
   using the plugin. But we are working on a new version where you can modify the
   access to any WordPress user.
