Complete failure

Hi,
Am I missing something here, this is just returning a complete blank page for me, this is my most recent attempt to get this plug in working,
inserted this code
<?php c2c_linkify_categories( “4, 9”, ‘Categories: ‘ ); ?> into my template and the result is just as if it was not there, nothing! What am I missing? this gadget has 5 star rating, so it must be me, HELP!
