# Complete Scan doesn't start!

 * Hi, I just downloaded your plugin.
    The quick scan works. But the Complete scan
   never really starts… It finds all the folders (apparently) so the list of folders
   in preparing stops moving… but it just sits at preparing and 0%. also says Calculating
   Time Remaining. Any ideas

 * Also wanted to add that I changed the depth to 9, and also tried running it only
   on wp-content or plugins, or also only on a folder in httpdocs… but still just
   sits there at 0%….

 * Does it always stop preparing on the same folder?
 * Maybe it is having trouble reading a particular folder’s contents and you could
   try skipping that folder.
 * Or there is a JavaScript error on the page that is causing it to stop loading.
   Do you have a Javascript debugger, like FireBug or Dhrome inspector?

 * Hi Eli,
    Thakns for the quick reply! I appreciate it. Apparently, it is getting
   stuck on the same folder , I remove it, it gets stuck on hte next one and so 
   on… These were in wp-includes. I removed the w-includes and now the next one 
   it’s stuck on is the wp-content/twenten theme! So all these folders are the default
   WordPress folders that haven’t been modified. (I am not using the twentyten theme.)
 * I am running WP on IIS (if that makes any difference?)

 * oh, IIS! I have not had the opportunity to fully test this plugin on a windows
   server. I would love to see first hand how it performs and where it hangs up 
   on your server. If you are willing to grant me WP Admin access to your site then
   I will debug and fix your issue for you (and release an update to help the plugin
   run better on other people’s servers running IIS).

 * I just released a new Plugin Update fixes this bug on windows IIS server. This
   update also has a patch for the wp-login.php file that been attracting a lot 
   of brute force attempts lately.
 * Please let me know if you have any other issues.
