 * One of the best rating plugins. It is a complete solution for rating posts and
   comments.
 * The big problem is that it has no cookie or Local Storage to prevent the users
   from voting more times. IP is good, but IP+Local Storage or IP+cookie would be
   better.
 * I would be happy to rate this plugin 5/5 start but only when it will have IP+
   Local Storage or IP+cookie fraud prevention.
