 * This issue was happening because the user was using an older version of PHP on
   their destination server. The theme being used did not support an older version
   of PHP
 * Old Server PHP Version: 7.4
    Destination Server PHP Version: 5.6
 * Therefore by upgrading their version of PHP this solved the issue.
